The “Koolie Minnow BRL” has a round and very broad lip to create a tremendous wobble and fluid swimming action as it is retrieved. Particularily unique and effective at enticing stubborn fish to strike is the ability for this lure to move upward and gently flick the surface with its lip when the retrieve is quickened.
