Ice fishing in the Northwoods continues to be good for many species. The Crappie bite has been good. The Willow Flowage has some large Crappies and fishermen targeting them have been doing pretty well.

Saturday, January 22 - Lakeland Union High School Ice Fishing team with the help of their coaches and sponsors were able to organize the first invitational tournament held this year on Lake Minocqua.
