UNITED STATES ORDERS

*FLAT RATE- $5.00 (Oversize Items have extra charges) Will ship the most economical carrier based on the delivery destination and the package characteristics. Most orders will deliver within 8-11 business days (continental US).

*STANDARD SHIPPING-Most Packages will ship UPS, FedEx, Spee Dee or USPS Priotity Mail for delivery within 5-7 business days.

*2 DAY AIR SERVICE – Additional $20.00 charge
Rollie and Helen's Musky Shop will utilize air service on in-stock orders received prior to 11:30am CT, unless expedited ground service is faster. Delivery time excludes weekends. For this service, add $20.00 to standard shipping rates. Applies to continental US only. Street address required. NO PO Boxes. Oversized and/or heavy items may require additional shipping.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

All Air Express orders placed after 11:30am CT will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11:30am CT, and anytime Saturday or Sunday, will ship on Monday except for Holidays falling on Monday.

OVERSEAS ORDERS

We ship worldwide on a daily basis!

All overseas orders will be emailed shipping charges before your order is shipped!

We do not charge your credit card until we have your approval to ship the order.

Shipping charges are calculated by the weight and size of the package. We use the most reliable shipping method to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely!

All orders must be paid in U.S. funds by Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Exchange rates are automatically calculated on credit card orders. The recipient is responsible for any possible duties, taxes and customs fees. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.

Return Policy

With Receipt
Returned items accompanied by a receipt will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method.

Without Receipt
Refunds and exchanges made without a receipt will be processed at the lowest sale price, plus applicable sales tax. Such items may be exchanged for the same product or returned for merchandise credit in the form of a gift card.

If the item was purchased through the catalog or online, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days from the purchase date, all returns will be accepted on an inspection basis only.

All rods and reels that are covered by the manufacturer's warranty should be returned to the manufacturer after 30 days.

If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, or merchandise not on your packing slip, we will reimburse USPS ground shipping costs.

Also include a brief letter explaining why you are returning the item and whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.

If you are requesting a refund, the refund will be issued in the same method of payment that was used to purchase the merchandise. If the item was a gift and the recipient is returning the item for a refund, only a Musky Shop gift card will be issued.
